jeez, beautiful, an artiste, I had visions of my daughter playing like that...she's 16 and doing too many other things...
She still does her ukelele, though. In fact, I"m going to show her this video and see if I can get her motivated...she loves trying to copy things like this rather than taking lessons.

just a proud bragging father, I am...

I've bought thousands of dollars of equipment for her and a lot of it sits around gathering dust. She did a ukelele performance a year ago that won her some serious kudos...best performance of the show and when she was invited for another performance she turned it down because as she said, "She didn't want to be associated with the kind of people that were in the show", gawd teenagers.

this guy is really really good.

One of the things that bugs me about performances and I don't know if its limited to "Spanish" guitarists is that they wont just play a damn song. Even my brother who loves to play does that. I bitch about it and he gets pissed...

I really love this guys sound...damn! wow! I haven't listened to music like this for awhile...it makes me wistful...

Well that depends...Iv'e played more songs than I can remember, 1000's, so when I play now, I play what ever comes out of these older fingers, Unless it is a bonafide performance. If someone is listening as I'm jamming then they get to hear me playing something new to them

In the 2nd vid above, It's in London and it's cold...I give extra credit to the dude cos playing with cold hands is really tough going. Often in the winter, before a gig, that being inside, I would hold my hands in a sink of hot water for around 10 mins before I hit the stage.

    Love these guys!!

    Check out KRNFX here: https://goo.gl/TJFDLB
WOTE and KRNFX perform a rendition of the Adele smash hit "Hello" using Spinny Tubes, PVC pipes and Bells!

Walk off the Earth do a rendition of The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face" with their good friend Scott Helman. They are playing a newly invented instrument called The Harpejji made by Marcodi. Sarah was actually in labour during the filming of this video. She delivered the newest WOTEling (Luigi Colombo) 3 hours after they wrapped. Crazy!!!

Despite being in 3 different North American cities, KRNFX and the members of WOTE shoot a music video for the smash hit Am I Wrong by Nico & Vinz via The Internet.

This is pretty amazing...Something inherently beautiful about people REALLY playing together.

Don't know why but for some reason I started thinking about the word "petootie", so I decided to do a search to find out what it means.

Ah yes, I remember now! Petootie Pie

    Enjoy!

    Oooh, I love 20's & 30's jazz.

Also like people who revive it, like Leon Rednone, and, of course...
    The Squirrel Nut Zippers

Say every time I turn it loose,
You cats come down and cook my goose

One of my favs: Put A Lid On It

    Put a lid on it
    What's that you say?
    Put a lid on it
    Oh man no way
Put a lid down on it and everything will be all right.
    Put a lid on it
    Don't hand me that
    Put a lid on it
    I'm all right Jack
Put a lid down on it before somebody starts a fight.
Say every time I turn it loose you cats
Come down and cook my goose
    When I start I just can't stop
But if you keep this up you're gonna blow your top!
    Put a lid on it
    Too late this time
    Put a lid on it
I've got to get what's mine
Put a lid down on it, and everything will be all right.

They took the band's name from a classic peanut and caramel chew candy, that was sold at road-side stands in the south.

One night, before a gig, they thought they'd like a female singer for a couple numbers. So they went to an artist friend, Katherine Whalen, and asked her to sing. She'd never sung professionally before. But, she figured it might be fun as a one-off piece of "performance art". Looking for a theme, she thought of the cartoon character, Betty Boop. They couldn't get off the stage. 23 years later, they're still recording, and touring. Still Hot Jazz
