Re: Alex Jones - The Truth Seeker

Some journalists have been investigating the sources of alt-media and having tracked some of them down realized that one of the greatest purveyors of fake news is a Hillary voter...not what I would have expected. It turns out that he was churning out false and outrageous stories so people would recognize how gullible they are. It didn't work...there was a total failure to recognize satire and obvious nonsense because so many people lack critical thinking ability. There were a number of other reasons why people buy into fake stories but the most telling for me was the lack of good sense.

Once the sources of 'satire' begin making money there is no looking back.

So from that point alone, It's a worthy watch for most...
    Here's the latest concerning surveillance:

    Article:

Think twice before buying these kids toys this Christmas.

ONCE upon a time kids toys mainly consisted of benign things like stuffed animals, skateboards, Lego and play-doh — but that is far from the case nowadays.

Previously the biggest worries parents needed to have when it came to playtime were simple, like their child putting the wrong thing in their mouth, swallowing a piece of Lego or falling off their bike.

But these days childrens toys are more complicated, and so are the potential dangers. Mostly because plenty of toys are now connected to the big bad web, meaning kids can find things you don’t want them to find. Or worse, other people can find them.

So in the spirit of being the product Grinch, here are some toys that you should probably think twice about before putting them under the Christmas tree — or at least be aware of what they can do.

There are plenty of “smart toys” on the market these days but that means they require smart parenting.

As a report by The Consumerist pointed out this week, when a kid’s favourite toy doubles as an internet-connected recording device that ships off audio files to a remote server without notifying parents, then things get a little strange.

A pair of toys that have garnered a lot of controversy recently is the i-Que Intelligent Robot marketed for boys and the My Friend Cayla doll marketed for girls.

They are at the centre of a lawsuit filed in the US claiming the manufacturers are violating laws in the US and overseas by recording children and sending the audio files to third parties.

Both toys use voice recognition tech to “listen” and talk to the kids who play with them.

They connect to a mobile app via Bluetooth allowing them access to the internet in order to convert their speech into searchable queries and answer questions that children ask them.

But when you dig a little deeper, you see the companies behind the toys send the audio files the toys record to a company called Nuance Communications. This company, among other things, works as a defence contractor that sells products, including “voice biometric solutions,” to military, intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

So what little Johnny confides to his favourite new toy could end up in the hands of US spooks.

They also collect a whole lot of information that parents might not be completely aware of.

For instance, when setting up the My Friend Cayla doll it asks for multiple pieces of information to allow it to converse more easily such as the child’s name, the name of their school, their parents’ names and their hometown, among other things. And both toys collect users’ IP addresses.

Sure, internet-enabled devices such as these are ubiquitous these days, but there has been plenty written about the security vulnerabilities brought by the internet of things era.

With internet technology now on many more products than just our laptops and phones (the ‘internet of things’), “consumers face unprecedented levels of surveillance ... and young children are uniquely vulnerable to these invasive practices,” Claire Gartland, Director of the EPIC Consumer Privacy Project in America, said in a statement regarding the legal complaint about the Cayla doll and i-Que robot.

Katie McInnis is a technology policy counsel for US-based consumer advocacy group called Consumers Union which works alongside Consumer Reports and has also raised concerns.

“As more toys are connected to the internet, we have to ensure that children’s privacy and security are protected,” she said. “When a toy collects personal information about a child, families have a right to know, and they need to have meaningful choices to decide how their kids’ data is used.”

Internet connectivity has proven a tricky thing for other kids products on the market.

For instance, one Twitter user was playing around with VTech’s “walled garden” kids tablet this month designed to allow young children to play games and go on pre-approved educational websites.

Despite having “zero tech skills” she said it took her “less than a minute” to find a flaw which allowed her to access online porn.

The device is a $US150 tablet marketed specifically as a “learning toy” with “age-appropriate content” for kids between the 3 and 9. But by typing a web address into Google Translate on the device she was able to reach porn websites.

“While in this particular case, this was not a hack but a mere work around,” she told Motherboard, “VTech clearly failed to foresee that inappropriate content could be reached on the tablet via Google Translate. If they could not foresee this, it raises serious questions as to what else they did not foresee when it comes to the toys’ security.”

Google Translate ultimately acted as a portal to the wider internet so kids would have to know the domain name of a particular website but given the ubiquity of such content (for example, porn.com) it wouldn’t take very many guesses to get there.

The company has since removed access to Google Translate from the device.

Watching porn or secretly being spied on probably doesn’t hold the same immediate level of danger as choking on a piece of Lego but all we’re saying is to make sure you do some research before your Christmas shopping this year.

Re: Alex Jones - The Truth Seeker

In the wake of the massacre, Halbig started the website sandyhookjustice.com. He touted his credentials as a former security director for schools in Seminole County, Florida, and claimed he worked on the official investigation into the mass shooting at Columbine High School in 1999. He said his knowledge of security protocols and procedures provided him with a singular ability to analyze what happened that day in Newtown, and highlight what he believed to be the government’s many lies. Other hoaxers rallied around Halbig’s alleged resume, and donated tens of thousands of dollars to his GoFundMe account. On his show, Alex Jones championed him as a “leading expert” on Sandy Hook.
Well, Ross, you're flat out wrong about Wolfgang Halbig.

During my research on 9/11/2001, I discovered some pretty amazing people ... people with such abiding integrity that each can be considered a genuine hero of our times. They are driven by the truth and a compassion for their fellow man. Not only is their evidence and logic compelling, but their character can be gauged by assessing their remarks and communications. These people are more rare than common, but when you find one, you tend to get regenerated about your own commitment to the truths. Steven Jones of thermite/nanothermite is one fine example. Craig Ranke of National Security Alert is another. Gordon Ross who did the energy analysis on the twin tower collapses. Shifting to Sandy Hook, I would have to add Wolfgang Halbig to that small list of people who are genuinely looking out for the world and who are not invested in ego or ulterior motives.

    Want proof?

The following video is not only convincing that Sandy Hook was staged, but it highlights the essence of a caring human being who is willing to face hardship, ridicule, and other obstacles ... in order to serve the truth.

Ross, I can't believe that you're quickly indulging the crooked claims of Mick West and rejecting the straight claims of Wolfgang Halbig. I have the opposite reaction to both men that you seem to have. We must be drinking from different soda fountains.

    Oh dear lord...

Zook, you've done yourself a massive injustice...seriously, and this shows me your level of bias and lack of rational, an unwavering belief that this event was a FF.

For those that don't know, Wolfgang Halbig is the man Alex Jones. brings on as a Sandy Hook "expert"; despite the fact, as noted by the New Yorker, Wolfgang has been caught embellishing his career on many occasions; such as the disgusting claim to the NAACP that Halbig was Martin Luther King's driver.

Now, I'm not going to waste my time trying to convince you that this dude is a bully, a fraud and a liar.

    But this says it well:
Wolfgang is well-documented lying lunatic public figure conspiracy theorist that runs sale pitch games to raise money off of web appearances.

Now, I'm not going to waste my time trying to convince you that this dude is a bully, a fraud and a liar.

    But this says it well:
Yes, he lied. And that is very problematic for me. He did own up to the lie. I believe he wrote that first email in confidence and used a lie to cut through the red tape. Youthful indiscretion at 70? No. Lying to effect a shortcut through the red tape at the NAACP? Yes, it appears that that is the case here. Still, a lie is a lie and he definitely will lose some credibility because of it. That said, we are all given an opportunity to atone for our previous mistakes. I think Halbig has done enough wrt Sandy Hook to earn the status of corroborator of facts, not necessarily discoverer of facts. IMO, his credibility is semi-permanently tarred by his lie, but not terminally scarred. A lie to facilitate one's passage through red tape is still not as damaging or damning as a lie to obstruct the truths of a sentinel event in American history (here, I refer you to Mick West and his big lie to obstruct 9/11/2001 research). An accounting of apples and oranges, if you will. Still, from hereon in, I will use Halbig as merely a corroborator of other people's research on Sandy Hook. It's a shame really, because his research on Sandy Hook is pretty credible and would have gotten full merit had he not lied about driving MLK Jr.

That said, I take issue with your assertion that "... this shows me your level of bias and lack of rational, an unwavering belief that this event was a FF".

I call that tarring a genuine researcher en toto just because one of the sources I used has minor credibility problems (when compared to say, Mick West on 9/11/2001). By another name, opportunism to assert that Sandy Hook was a genuine event even though the vast preponderance (even without Halbig's contributions) confirms it's a false flag.

Have you watched the google maps work done by Sherrie in which she exposes the lack of activity at Sandy Hook when another school nearby was bustling with activity? Operational school versus nonoperational school? You decide. She just presents her observations and leaves us to decide for ourselves. And there are many many more data points that fill the preponderance that Sandy Hook was a FF.

I submit the irrational one here is you, Ross, with your cockamamie attachment to official narratives on first resort even tho' false flag after false flag after false flag have been dropped into our existence in rapid supply in recent times. I'm almost afraid to hear the answer, but I will ask the question anyways: do you, Ross, believe that Martin Bryant was a lone shooter in Australia back in 1996, shortly after which that Zionist occupied country saw its citizens gun rights truncated?

    Pax

ps: In any event, here's an open declaration to anybody reading this. The rational mind in the belly of Zionist occupation, must assume false flag as a first resort given the frequency of false flags committed under this occupation. To continue giving benefit of doubt to this Zionist occupation betrays an irrational mindset. A wishful mind. And a mind that doesn't really have much quarrel with the status quo.

ps2: If Halbig's credibility suffers a little, let it be so. That's a warning for each and everyone of us that may be tempted to stray from the truth in any measure great or small. But Halbig's credibility has no bearing on Zook's rationality. I don't place all my eggs in one basket. I use multiple sources to confirm the probability cloud of an event such as Sandy Hook. Good luck to any and all who think they can overcome the probability cloud and remain in contempt of it.
